This is not a typical SDR role. Your day-to-day is roughly 80% cold and warm outreach and 20% nurturing existing strategic partnerships. You will be using a multitude of strategies, including maintaining a multi-channel AI system that uses email, social media DMs, and other channels to generate conversations at scale. Hundreds of outreaches per day, the kind of volume a human alone cannot sustain.
You must have experience using AI to build outreach systems. The role is benchmarked on new revenue, which is also how your commission is calculated. There are real progression opportunities here for the right person.
You do not wait to be told what to do. You see a gap, you fill it. You manage your own pipeline, your own time, and your own results. Nobody needs to chase you.
You have hands-on experience using AI tools to create outreach systems that operate at scale. You think in terms of workflows, automations, and leverage, not just manual effort.
You are scrappy, resourceful, and relentless. You are not looking for a comfortable 9-to-5. You want to outperform, out-earn, and out-hustle, and you are motivated by results.
This role demands volume that a human cannot sustain alone. If you have no experience with AI outreach systems, automations, or multi-channel tooling, you will be out of your depth from day one.
Nobody is going to hold your hand. If you need to be micromanaged, given step-by-step instructions, or constantly motivated, this is not the right fit. We want people who drive their own results.
This is a performance-based role. Your commission is tied directly to new revenue. If you are looking for a comfortable seat with no accountability, look elsewhere.
